Sunil Narine set to miss starting matches of PSL 2019

The Pakistan Twenty20 Cricket League, Pakistan Super League (PSL) was founded in Lahore on Sept 9, 2015 with five teams. Now, PSL is comprises of six teams.

The spinner of West Indies Sunil Narine is set to miss the starting matches of PSL due to finger injury.

Cricbuzz.com reported that during the Premier League of Bangladesh, the spinner of Quetta Gladiators Sunil Narine exasperated the finger injury. So, the the participation in PSL 4 of Narine will be decided after a medical examination.

Sunil Narine will be seeing his medical team instantly and whether he will join the squad of Quetta Gladiators on the basis of advice from the medical team after his examination.

Moin Khan, The coach of Quetta Gladiators said that “We hope to have Narine with us as soon as possible because he is a true match winner. Obviously, you cannot like for like replacement of a big player like Narine but we have drafted in Waller and we are confident that he will add value to our team”.

In this HBL PSL 2019, Quetta Gladiators will start their campaign on February 15 when they play with Peshawar Zalmi who was the finalist of last year.
